Meet our pastry chef, Thanh Durante! After more than two decades of corporate work and while living in France and marveling at the quality of baked goods all around her, Thanh decided to turn her passion into her profession. She enrolled in culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu’s flagship Paris campus and learned the art and science of crafting artisan pâtisserie and viennoisserie using time-honored, traditional French pastry techniques. Thanh decided to open Le Petit Four when she moved back to Texas in order to bring the flavors she enjoyed abroad back home to the Houston community.
All creations of Le Petit Four are made slowly and lovingly, in small batches using the highest quality whole ingredients. We believe you'll taste the difference.
All products include some combination of the following ingredients:
